OK... So as everybody knows we have crap available to us. Vented fenders from Erebuni that are back ordered are all we have right now. Flyryde is supposed to be working on both widebody and Z vented fenders. That lies in the problem.

I bought the VDI kit and was in the initial group buy for the widebody fenders. They were $300, but Chris gave anyone who bought both a $50 discount. So I have $250 invested. These have gone nowhere, so we had the Z fenders compliments of Redz to go into production at a price of $300 also. I decided to go with these as there was better hope of these getting made. I even contributed $50 toward shipping to get the ball rolling on production.

Well, I gave up on these fenders because it has been many months. I ordered the Erebuni fenders, which I am still waiting for. Bottom line is, I've been asking Chris about just getting a CAI and a shark fin antenna for the money that I paid for the fenders that never got made. I have PM'ed him many times over the past couple of months, and he's responded a couple of times, but I'm still not getting anywhere. I know he's busy, but I don't know how else to straighten this out since I keep getting left hanging. I need to know how much more money I would need to send to pay for the difference in price of both these items ($20) plus shipping.

How many more people are in the same boat as me? How many people have put money into either fender buy? Have you been given any updates or alternatives? Are you planning on waiting for these fenders still? I would have waited, but I need fenders to finish the install of the VDI and get my car painted. Now I just need to get the CAI and more importantly the shark fin antenna to be painted along with the car. I just need to find out how much more money it's going to take and pray that they ship SOON.
