So, they suck because they don't want to hire kids, because people like me don't want to talk to a kid when we go into a car parts store?

I hate dealing with McDonalds employees at parts stores. Even in the rare instance that they know something, I always go "Ugh." as soon as I walk through the door.

So now you want a job and to show them how ambitious you are, instead of going to the store and applying in person, you want to do it over the internet? ...and because you can't, they suck?
Here's a little story for you, take from it what you will. When I was 21, I applied to join the Operating Engineer's Apprenticeship. You start by taking a written test and then you interview in front of the Board of Trustees. I got a perfect score on the written, along with 4 other guys. On the day of my interview, I put on my suit, answered their questions, and went home. I got a call 3 days later telling me that not only did I get the high score for this entering class (placing me first on the list to get into the program), I got the highest score ever awarded. Why? They told me I was the first person in anyone's memory to show up for the interview in a suit. Everyone else always showed up in jeans and work boots, looking like they're on their way to work. Moral of the story... don't dress for the job, dress for the interview. Show a bit of ambition when trying to get a job... any job.
