Brake lights have been permanently stuck ON for over a week now! It killed the battery the first time, after my girl jumped it I had to start unplugging the battery to keep it from dieing again. WTF is up with my car?
could it be somthing sticking behind your brake pedal, i don't know much about cars, but is there some sort of conection made be hind there when you push the pedal down, or may be somthing wrong with the wires.
I had a ford escort years ago and had all sorts of probs with the lights and aignals, turned out to be a bad earth.

I bet it's the brake light switch. Look up under there, there's a switch that the brake pedal pushes to make the light come on. I'm betting it's stuck in the on position, you might need to get a new one.
I replaced one on my grandpa's buick one time, easy to do.

it's adjustable. it needs to be pushed in when the pedal is up. When you depress the pedal it releases the switch and turns on the brake lights. It's at the top of the pedal, on the side closest to you when driving.
This is a little old but...
Maybe you replaced one of your dual filament bulbs (1157) with a single filament bulb (1156), and it's shorting out the brake circuit whenever your park lights are on, although that doesn't seem likely if the brake lights stay on even after your park lights turn off.
