The offset looks fine. So it will fit if you do the non-captive swap.
I'm 99% positive that you will have to drill those rims to make them fit if you have captive rotors.

I never had a problem due to a captive setup... weird. I think yhay they will fit. Size, offset, weidth. all are good.
