howabout front struts? We have an upper strut assembly mount (the piece that sticks up into the engine bay) and a spring retainer at the bottom of the strut made of rubber. In the rear strut there's just the lower retainer.

Know what we could use? I think Energy Suspension makes them, new sway bar endlinks. You know, the little figure 8 rods with the bushings that attach your swaybars to your struts?

Ours are tiny, and some other Hyundai's, like the XD, they are PLASTIC, but the same size and shape.

SWEET! I have an account with them, just never really sold anything due to no Hyundai parts.

I guess I'll have something to add to the store soon.

yeah man, check my first post in this thread. they do make endlinks, but not the type we need that have ball joints on either end.

THat's why I'm hoping they can make em for us.

That's gotta be a pretty common design, I've seen it on other cars.

the thing that sucks though is that it really isnt that common. i did a lot of searching and just about no other manufacturer i found uses the same design. they either use something totally different, or use a similar design, but with one end pointing in the opposite direction.

hey blacktib, i can take the 99 and anything 03 and up so if you want to bring them in just give me a call

949-361-3935 ask for Brian in R&D

for everyone else, we will inspect the cars and pretty much do as much as we think will add to the cars performance more than what would look good. so endlinks, sway bar bushings, control arms, roll stops, tranny mounts, engine mounts, shifter bushings, bump stops and whatever else i can get to.

as for accents or elantra, i would say bring them because i know people tune those also. hell if you have a santa fe bring that in to.

i am wanting to run 2 different bushings, 88A for normal street and 95A for track. so depending on how stiff people want their car at least they will have a choice. i am going 95 on most of mine except the engine and tranny mounts, i will keep those at 88A due to the vibration.

well i need some hyndai's here so someone who can live without their car for a week or so, give me a call.

monday-friday 8am - 4:30pm pst

oh and if a moderator wants to move this post to the suspension part of the forum, it would probably make more since for future readers.
