Will These Tire Sizes Rub?!?!
Sounds like a good price to me! If it were me I would have went with 205/45/16 as this would have almost the exact same diameter as the stock setup. The tires you ordered are 0.9 inches smaller in height than stock which may make them look a little small in the wheel well. You won't have any problems with rubbing even with an aggressive drop. What kind of offset are your rims? Also your speedometer will be slightly fast due to the smaller tire, only .8% though.
yup, u should get 205 45 16. Those are what im using and eibach on stock struts. the wheel still have some fender gap and boy do i wish my car was lower... any body wanna trade? haha
well the reason i was asking about the 205/45/17 because all the sizes i listed above have approx the same diameter ... my friend got a deal on 185/65/15's so he wants to know if they will rub.. i just listed those other sizes to get more responses..

why are you wanting to use 205/45/17 rather than 205/40/17? I don't see their being any issue with it at stock setup, but like some other people said your a little more likely too if you lower it.
plus the 205/45's would be cheaper.
when i still had my stock 15's on my RD2 i put 195/60s simply cuz there was a better selection and a cheaper price
