205/45/17 - most likely but not entirely sure
195/60/15 - no, i had this size for my winter tires. didn't come into any issues
185/65/15 - i'd say no since its the same ratio as 195/60/15

205/45R17 will NOT rub

Hotrod had this on his tib for years,... I mean the odd high bump while turning, but not a constant thing

i have 205/40/17 with eibach pro springs + shocks
no rubbing whatsoever.
with stock suspension, 205/45/17 should be fine.

why are you wanting to use 205/45/17 rather than 205/40/17? I don't see their being any issue with it at stock setup, but like some other people said your a little more likely too if you lower it.

I have 215/45/17 on a 17x7.5 wheel and I rubbed a little bit when I first put them on. It would only happen when turning IF I hit a dip/bump in the road. After two weeks, the tread wore down a little bit and I haven't had a problem since.

I would say 215/45 is the limit, highest you can go. You will experience slight rubbing on fenders but only for a week or two until the tread wears down. It is possible to prevent it from rubbing, but because of my low front bumper, I have to take everything at an angle (ramps or speed bumps) so my tires weren't straight, they were turned and poking out of the fender.

I have also removed the fender well lining in the front, so I don't know if that would cause any problems having it in there.
