would this tire size cause problems?
222/50/15
i would use it for track only occasions and my car is lowered on eibachs
its only $4 more per tire and its way wider

i would have to get some new front rims obviously
would they fit on a 15x7 rim?

If it's only going to be for the track day then you should be just fine. I wouldn't recommend driving it every day though.

WHich tire are you getting?

Look into BGF drag radials or even better MT drag radials. Do you have enough power not to bog down with all these sticky tires?

Check out jegs.com for light-weight wheels.
