Sonata's are 5 lug 97-01 Tibbies are 4 lug
How do you figure they will fit?

Random, the only five lug Sonatas are the new ones (which share a lot of parts with the '03 Tiburon) and MAYBE the older V6 models (but I think they used four-bolt hubs too). All of the other Sonatas, except the current generation, are four lug, with a 4x114.3 bolt pattern.
So they SHOULD fit...
Fast Wheels (www.fastco.ca) has a wheel application guide that lists bolt patterns and centrebores for any car sold in Canada in recent memory. The site appears to be down at the moment, but I have a hard copy printed out at home. I can look for you if you like...

However, I believe the rotors from the PREVIOUS generation Sonata (the frog-eye model) should fit. Why don't you ask the dealer if they can test fit one for you?

ACtually according to this, (read above post) all Sonatas to 2002 have 4-bolt hubs.

The rotors from the 99-00 Sonata are the same as the 99-01 Tib. The use the same OEM part number of 51712-38100.

Damn, I apologize then. I was going from memory, and I thought sonata's were 5 lug.

Again, my apologies for steering you wrong.
