Sway bar bushing are pretty much universal though. I am going to see if I can dig up my old bushings and measure the bracket.

I just measured one of my old rear sway bar brackets and it is 1 3/8" overall height. We would need either part number 9.5122 or 9.5123. I cannot remember what the stock rear sway bar is I am thinking 19mm. I measured the old bushing and the hole was just under 3/4".
