Rotors and SS lines
I know theres alot of knowledgeable people here so I have some questions:
1. Is rotor resurfacing worth it? I haven't really checked into what shops charge, but maybe someone can chime in? My current rotors were installed about 2 years ago and there are no grooves or cracks that can be noticed visually. I've tried running my fingers over them (when cold of course) and cannot feel anything either. Main reason I'm looking into resurfacing is to remove brake pad deposit since I'll be installing new ones. However, if the price of doing this is about the same as getting a pair of new plain rotors then I'll just go with new.
2. I figured while I'm messing with brakes, might as well order some stainless steel brake lines and possibly stiffer caliper bushings. My question is: is there much noticeable improvement in brake pedal feel with SS lines?
Thanks. cool.gif
