Well when i took off my rims, to put on my stock rims, I noticed that the only two rotors that were captive were my front 2... So are you guys saying that it would take $400 just to convert my front 2 rotors??

Or do I have to do something to the back???

The rear rotors for all RD's are the same, captive or non-captive. You don't need to do anything to them.

Well I have a 2000 so someone who has actually done the swap can give you the best information. I guess it all depends on whether you use new or used parts and whether you can do the work yourself or not.

What do you mean by it's just your steering wheel?
Did you fix the shaking?
What did you exactly do?

Let me know, thanks
I have an RD2 and I do have the same problem.

If your steering wheel is shaking it could be a bent wheel. You may want to rotate the front tires to the rear and see if it changes. If it goes away then it is a problem with one or both of the wheels or tires.

everyone that doesnt have these, wait for them to come back in stock and then buy them. before you go doing anything else.

and cdubb, it would probably be a lot less. for some reason i was being dumb and was thinking all four wheels. id say no more than 200. do you have discs or drums in the back?

Some other factors that cause extreme shaking only at higher speeds :

Wheel Bearings.
Un-even Tire wear.

I've had shaking caused by both. Uneven tire wear began to shake at about 40mph. wheel bearings at about 65mph. The shaking from bad wheel bearings was MUCH worse than the uneven tire wear.

Being that our cars are FWD the front tires take ALOT more wear than the rears. Swap/rotate them.

If that doesn't work, check the wheel bearings.
