Ok, I'm Starting To Get Frustrated
How would I go about checking my wheel bearings and c/v joints? can i do this by looking at them? do I need to take the wheel off? (yes, I'm a noob)
I think they did fix it with junkyard parts,.. How could I check this?

when i tried to put a 2000 hub on a 97 spindle the hub would move horizontaly and verticly. maybe this is your broblem? bad bearing or wrong spindle even? maybe when they fixed it they put junk parts that look the same but are a lil diferent?

to check your bearing drive for about 10 min. then go see if you hub is hot. it only gets hot when the bearing is going bad. also if it is going bad it will hum and make noise
for a c/v joint try grabbing your rim and seeing if you have any free movement

does the pulling get any better when you apply the brakes?
Honestly, you are going to have to crawl under there and look around. Check out the thread that Jaws put up about him cracking the crossmember with his crazy overpowered Tib.

Ya, my LEFT brake seems to pull just a little harder then my right brake,.. locks up first, but even with hard brakeing it still generally wants to pull right. So I dont think its a brake problem?
I can crawl under the tib and take a look around. I'm just trying to get some ideas on what to look for. Thanks for the info guys. The other thing is that my right window is constantly breezy, so I'm leaning more and more towards bent/twisted frame. Any more infor you guys have is apreciated.

a bad tire could cause a pull too
Sparticus is right. Even when it seems unlikely, a bad tire (and I said bad, not worn) can cause a lot of problems. First, to discard the tire problem, why don't you just change tires from side to side and see if the problem reverts or changes in any way.
It happened to me with my wife's Elantra, it pulled a little to one side, and after a trip (like 100 miles) on a non speed enforced highway in which we traveled at 100mph+ consistently, the problem got a lot worse.
At the end, it was the fv***ing Kumhos that came in the car, to cheap, HR rated and they deformed internally due to high speed.
Changed tires and problem desapeared automatically.
I'm almost willing to bet money that its a bad lower ball joint. I went 8 months with a pull to the left. I had it aligned 3 times, first 2 times, the shop thought they got it 100%, they didn't. 3rd shop was able to fill me in that the ball joint wasn't working right. Once its worn out, it no longer sits properly, and doesn't act right.
if that's not it, my second guess is a bad sway bar link.
Let me know if I'm right wink1.gif

OTR - Outter Tie Rod End.
Check it out!
hoist the car up, and turn the wheel / tire, (left and right, not by rotating it) the OTR should "swivel" with the movement of the tire, if it has any play, you'll need to get it changed and get another alignment. Get a 4 WHEEL alignment, not just 2
Oh Yeah, here's a pic:

Part # "56820B"
Ours for the RD is 56820-29500 (from memory)
