If you want to go with those, go for it. Keep in mind tho you get what you pay for. Before purchasing them read lots and lots of reviews on them. It would be a waste to purchase them then have to relize that you're going to need new tires again. It will cost you more $$ in the long run.

What type of tire do you want? Just an average tire, a really grippy straight-line tire, or a cornering tire? Pure performance or do you wanna be decent in the rain/snow/etc.? I can give ya a pretty good one depending on what ya ask for. Those I've heard run through tread too fast, and aren't very sticky.

no threadware rating, no temprature ratring, no traction rating, just llooking at the thread makes me wanna get new tires.
accually its ranked #2 on tire racks website. i think their just trying to get rid of them. tire ratings i don't know. i don't want performance tires at all. i want something that will last a long time.

Did you know that the City of LA once tried to outlaw those tyres? As they come with yellow, red, or blue "bands" in the tread, there were councilmen in the government who were afraid that gangs would buy them to put on their cars so they could do burnouts and mark their colours with them.
I am not kidding you.

If you're looking for a tire that will last long, I wouldn't go with those. The first review even says that the guy can't afford tires with treads that wear out that quickly. Plus, are those summer tires? All season would usually give you the longest lasting tread.
