Default Re: new transmission friday!!!!

got the rotors in yesterday direct from sunny ca. they are great, light, shiney, and easy to install.... now the uninstall on the other hand was quite a pain. laugh.gif

thanks again to majiktib!!

after about 45 minutes of hammer time on the front two (backs came off easy) it was smooth sailing. I hope to do a diy soon if no one beats me too it. unfortunently I couldn't get my hands on a digi cam so I'll have to do a little bit of a flipped removal to get the job done. laugh.gif

btw, if anyone has any problems with their setup, feel free to ask q's here. my setup is rotorpros, ebc greenstuff's up front, and hawks in the back. + I painted the calipers red with the duplicolor kit while I was at it laugh.gif

hey! i got mine in too. glad tohear you are enjoying them. i'm just waiting to get some pads. do you like your ebc's? i know about the brake dust, but are they tame on the rotors?

what kind of difference is there in the braking?

lol, dang it!! I've really got to stop the late night posting... hehe (fixed it now)

and kit, the brakes are awesome. the dust is bad at first, but I think it's tapering off (it should be that way with about any brakes), I'll let you know after I drive some more.
