They will fit on your rims but you better check to see if it won't rub against your fender. Going form a 55 to 65 is a big difference in height. It will feel like you've added lower gears. I wouldn't do it but it's up to you.

The 185's would be 4.4% different than the 195's and will throw off your speedometer and odometer readings by that amount. See the numbers below. It's not a huge difference but you should try to stay as close to the stock numbers as possible.
