It's VERY VERY VERY easy.

1. Chock your tires, whatever set isn't coming off of the ground.

2. Loosen your lug nuts.

3. Raise car high enough to get tire/rim off the ground.

4. Use jack stands.

5. Remove lug nuts and wheel/tire.

6. Look at the caliper. ON the back side there are 2 bolts holding it to the bracket. Remove those nuts.

7. Slide caliper off of brake pads.

8. Remove brake pads and clean entire area with brake cleaner. Let dry.

9. Install new pads in accordance with the instructions. Use the brake grease packets they give you as needed. CHECK YOUR DISKS and old pads to see if your rotors need to be turned before installing.

10. Compress piston in caliper with either...

A. A C Clamp and piece of wood.
B. A bar clamp and a piece of wood.

11. Reinstall everything in reverse order.

12. Turn car on and pump brakes a few times to get everything seated. Take on a test drive slowly.

I don't think I missed anything. The rear disks need a special tool to compress the pistons, you can get it at sears or about any other automotive store.
