OK guys I need some clarification. Calipers from the 02 will not work I dont think. It is a different part number and my diagrams at work show it as a single piston. Also, the part number that Redz posted is correct for an 04 XG350. But, my diagrams still show a single piston. Jon, could you somehow verify that that is the correct part number? Im going to order soon and Im looking for some verification. Thanks

Now, on my ordering site, it shows that the 02 caliper is dual piston. But it has a different part number than the 04-05.

Are the calipers from the 2001 XG300 the same, or would they work do you guys think? Reason I ask, is cause my buddy upgraded the brakes on his XG300 to those from the Equus, and he's selling his stock calipers. He says they will work, and he is Korean, his cousin works for Hyundai in Korea, and his car is all Korean spec. But I want to make sure before I go ahead and buy them.

Well, I went to the dealer and had him look it up and he said it showed single piston as well, but that was for all of the models, so I dunno, I'm confused...

Yeah my buddy's gonna bring them down to our meet next Sunday. If they are they dual piston, we're gonna try bolting one up and seeing if it works.

Like I said, the xg300's came with single piston. Why don't you just order from the 03+ XG350?

Well I'll take a look at the ones my friend has, if they are dual piston, I will see if they fit, and hopefully get a part number.

Jon, Im only looking for verification because the diagrams i found at work show it as a single piston. and it also has the 02-03 calipers as a different part number. So will either work? There is just a lot of confusion because when Im trying to order its showing me a single piston caliper.

^do you work at the dealer? Cause that's what happened when the guy looked it up at the dealer, the diagram came up as a single piston caliper. COuld that just be like a general schematic that they use?
