Anyway yeah I really like the 2nd bar with the little springy thing. Not sure how exactly it fits cause there arnt any pics of it on a car but it looks pretty cool.

I want to know about the middle one why it has a spring and also why it has the shims? It doesnt make any sense to me, just seems un-needed.

I thought maybe it was so you could adjust the height, or maybe it acts as a shock absorber??

I think the spring and long thin arms are for more support. And it seems as if the spring will add more tension, making the bar stiffer while keeping the wieght down.
