Default Let's say I bought 16-inch rims..

what size of tires would I need... not talking width, i'm talking height of the tire.

ok, I'll make it easier. I have the stock 15-inch rims on my car with the tires... let's say it has a 19-inch diameter all together. Now, if I had the 16-inch rims, what size tires would I need to match the same diameter? is there some kind of formula to calculate that?

Or, if you have 16-inch rims on your car, can you tell me what the dimensions of your tires are?

Tire Calculator

There is a formula for figuring out the diameter of the tire.

Hope it helps.

The tire size you need for 16" rims is 205/45R16 (assuming you have a tiburon).
