I got one from Griot's Garage (griotsgarage.com). It was a local shop back home, GREAT garage stuff. I like it, I've bled 3 Mazda 3's and a blazer successfully and by myself!
Frozen, you need to bleed the brakes with the reservoir cap OFF.
