That's easy since I'm from the same country as you are. It's an Opel Tigra. And no I don't think it's available in the US even though it's part of General Motors. And it probably being sold in the Uk as well as Vauxhall Tigra.
My ex-gf had one, but does things are just too damn small for me. I tihnk it's a bit of a girl car anyhow.
