I'm about to buy a set of 4, for my tib. Which do you guys recommend? For those who have either the Goodridge or the Technafits installed, how do they feel? I've heard nothing but positive, for the Goodridge, but then when I heard about the Technafits, I decided to give them a chance and look into it.

Here's what I'm thinking:

Goodridge:
pros:
- reputable and long-known

cons:
- I can't think of any (I'm wondering if they install just perfect, or if I need to buy additional adapters???)

Technafits:
pros:
- I can get them in blue :-)

cons:
- Quality-wise, I'm not sure how they match up to the Goodridge's

I searched for both on here, and it seems that there has been a group buy for both of these, at some point in the past. However, I don't think the group buy ever followed through, for the Technafits, am I right?

Goodridge = Almost impossible to get.

Technafit = Easy to get, and a lifetime warranty. DOT certified, just like Goodridge. More options available also. I've posted a ton of info about them both.

Search.

how so? was their production trial last time a one time thing? i see goodridge advertised in summit and tirerack catalogs so i don't know why they wouldn't be selling.

i've heard of one case of goodridge popping. i haven't had any problems with mine. they looked of good quality and durability. the only problem is aftermarket lines can rub against the fenderwall during braking and overtime it breaks through the braids.

I haven't gone through the entire checkout process 'cause I'm still trying to figure out which to get, so I'm not sure if they ship to Canada, but..., I found them here:

According to Goodridge at the time, yes.

As for one going bad, it was off of the INITIAL set that they messed up on, the replacement sets they sent out were fine.

I'm gonna go with goodridge. They're also about the same price, anyway. Thanks for your feedback, guys!
