i'm lookin for some new pads all around..
what are some awesome performing brake pads? and where can i get it?

When I had my stock calipers I used Ferodo DS Performance 2500 brake pads. They where very good.

I agree.,... hawks are the only way to go.

Redz, green stuff are pretty good pads but they dust like crazy. I have a buddy with a maxima that has to clean his wheels every other day because of those pads.

 

I've got the KVR semi-metallic / carbon fibre pads. I love them. The dust is not bad at all (especially because I have black wheels, LOL tongue.gif ). I can't really say how much better than the stockers they are because I intstalled them the same time I did my drilled/slotted rotors. They stop NICE though. My drums begin to fade before my front rotors (of course).

BTW: I have had them on for well over 8 months and they are still as thick as they were when they were new. I stop hard too, and probably have put a good 8-10,000 miles on them.

I will have to try Hawk next time as they are recieving so much praise. fing02.gif

 

I have Ferodo pads too... Can't remember which ones though. They are pretty good but I'll prolly try something different next time.
