busted GB brake line once again
Umm... So I shouldn't install these brake lines? Bleh.... I smell refund!
Is there any update on this situation? I have the brake lines sitting in my trunk. But now I don't want to install them, I wanna return them.
I like being able to come to a stop. I makes me happy...

chances of a refund are slim to none bro, however you could probably at least make some of ur moneys back selling them on ebay... right? just forget to mention that they will prolly explode.
definatly not worth risking totaling your car for break lines. jaws got really lucky that no cars were coming thru that red light, i would have been scared sH*tless.
personally, i'm prolly going to put them on just keep an eye on them.
Anyone know if one line blows out are you f*cked or do you still have breaks just minimal?
Jaws in ur situation did they blow out at the same time and was it becuase yu were breaking mad hard?
next time i get in on a group buy im gonna do a lil bit of research first.... lesson learned.

I can't believe you guys are all putting them on eBay. There's gonna be a mad rush of private sellers on eBay for the same product....I dunno, kinda funny that you'd risk someone's life (and their tib's) for what 60-70 bucks you'll make off eBay. From what I've read about your experience's with the Magnum lines it is almost gauranteed that they will fail while driving (especially if you do not check them constantly) so whoever buys them is going to have a fun experience.
I'm gonna sit and laugh if some kid just bought a tib and sees these lines on eBAy....he's like "Aww SWEET! some new brake lines and they have BLUE mounting brackets.....AWESOME!" Then he finds this site and this thread (along with all the others), and then some pm's will be exchanged (between seller and the newbie) and of course the ineveitable gripe thread started by the newb who bought em. You just wait.....it's coming! lol

hey i'm not responsible for all i know they could be good lines, i was thinking either put them on my tib or sell them.
I'm just a RESELLER in this case. If there is a problem with the product that can be taken up with the manufacturer, who in this case is not responding. out of my hands... sorry 2 the n00b, hope he knows how to downshift.

How is 4 individual lines a Guarantee out of the HUNDREDS of lines that were sold in the 4 GB's?

answer me this? Is anyone confident enough to install their Magnum brake lines?
I think maybe ONE person is doing it, everyone else is selling them on eBay and buying the Goodridge lines.

A bunch of folks here have installed them.
Mad Machine included.
I was going to install mine, the only reason I bought them is we couldn't find a retailer for the Goodridge lines. Otherwise, on the car they'd go. If I get that RD1 anytime soon, the Magnums will go on it.

mine are installed... and my car is still stopping. they were "professionally" installed though at my old job. it wasn't done by me in a driveway. it was actually on a hoist, bled w/ a machine, and things like that.
but, i've had no problems... for now
