Braking problem.

With the engine off, I press the pedal about 5 times then it comes rock hard, but its not STIFF i can stil move it a cm before it becomes rock hard after the 5th time.
with engine on, its basicly the same thing except the pedal can move about 3 cm's more..and its still preety solid.
