Sure thing.

Good news folks, my rotors showed up today, and they are RIGHT!!!

OMFG, the fronts are frigging huge/heavy! Hahahah, I can't wait.

I got some pics of them in calipers with pads, good lord they are nice.

I'll install them on Saturday, with the pads that Mad John sent me if my Hawk HPS pads aren't here by then.

God I can't wait to have good brakes again.

I'll do a lil write up on the greenstuff pads I installed, after they've been broken in and tested, the rear pads are for a 240 sx( since rears for RD's are not made)but work. .I've heard nothing but good things from people using them.

Thanks Red

Glad you had the time to do this research thoroughly. I'm sure people will be glad to have other options for a brake kit. I know I am........with your info I'm buying the brake setup next week.

Sure thing.

Greenstuff pads are supposed to be great, but they do put off a VERY large amount of dust.

You should have bought them on the website I showed you in the DIY. $68 each.

Good news BTW, the fronts are done on my car, I forgot to get the tool for the rears, and it's raining right now so I can't paint the rear calipers yet, but when the wife gets home I'll go pick up the last stuff and finish it tonight. I might not bleed them till tomorrow, but either way, it's looking GREAT.

Thats weird, I have both EBC Green stuff rear pads and slotted/dimpled rear rotors
pads part#DP2528
Rotors part#GD1017

Well, I didn't get started till about 11 this morning, and I forgot I needed the caliper tool for the rear, ran out of brake fluid and didn't think I had enough brake grease. I finally got 3 corners done today and will finish the last tomorrow, then rebleed the entire system.

So far, it looks frigging amazing.
