Okay, I've got the XG 350 Calipers on the way, front and rear rotors, and I've got my brake lines.

All I need now is just a good set of brake pads, so I need some advise.

What I need is front and rear brake pads, same brand, same type, but the fronts obviously have to be for the xg350.

When I'm done with my swap, a full detailed DIY will be up, with pics, full model information, part numbers, and where to get it all, so it's all in one place.

Help me out folks. Thanks!

BTW, if you don't know if the brake pads you are recommending are available for the Tiburon rears or the XG 350 fronts, and aren't willing to look it up, just let me know, I'll look them up when i have time.

lastly, I'm not looking for OEM pads, I'm talking some performance stuff. If you have a place you got them for a good price, let me know!

I have read the EBC brake pads are pretty decent after market depending on your application, they have everything from street OEM to race only pads.

All of the road racers I know swear by them.

I bought the Hawk HPS rear tiburon pads, and was planning on just using the mobis performance pads that MJ sent me with the calipers, but I may just buy the Hawks for the front anyways. Rotors haven't shown up yet, so no, I haven't started. I AM going to do my painting of the calipers this weekend to start it off.

When the rotors have shown up, I will do a full DIY writeup with all the part numbers, sites, and stuff I used for this project so others don't have to do any guessing and extra searching like I did.

KFX Performance will be selling the rotors I bought, and they will also be selling a BBK Rotor kit, so you can just order exactly what you need on the spot.

Nice...it is about time. I been searching for the last 2 months and I was starting to get frustrated with some of the companies that won't make jack. Willwood make a nice kit but they could bring the price down. One company is selling a kit that has rotors from a lotos and they say it fits. ??? It's not much bigger then OEM though...it's about 1 inch bigger I think.
