Ill check it all real good. The calipers are brand new so the slides and shit better all be good.

 

It is possible but extremely unlikely that a foreign object, i.e. a small pebble or similar object is stuck between your pad and rotor at the chamfered edge of the pad.

Definately pull off the caliper and check for proper slider function and pad wear.

BTW: I have this swap and have had absolutely no issues.
