screwdriver and a mallet right inbetween the rotor hat and the part of the wheel that is against it.

Taking the lug nuts off usually make them unstuck lmao.gif

Okay, on a serious note, I would sit on the ground and kick the tire alternating feet (and sides of tire) and they usually come off. If its resistant, you can spin the tire a 1/4 turn and keep going etc.

You can't take them off with a breaker bar?

I think what he means is the nuts are off, but the wheel is stuck to the rotor.

If it's on a hoist, I usually put one nut back on by hand half way, and pretend I'm the karate kid and do a round house to knock it loose, usually works, sometimes takes more than one try lmao.gif
If it's on the ground and you are using say a floor jack, I'd probably use jackstands so that your rotor doesn't fall on the ground if it slips and use the same one bolt on and kicking method

Try kicking it from the back of the tire if you already haven't.

You can also try:
a) Loosen all nuts and then put one nut and tight it very hard (not too hard so you can't take it back out) and THEN kick the wheel; repeat for at least two different nut positions.
and if that fails:
b) apply some HD WD40 on the wheel-rotor union on your front yard or a quiet place to move the car a little, put the 4 nuts back there and tight them just by hand, then drive the car front and backwards for some meters repeatedly, it sometimes helps loosen the wheels.

Or remove all the nuts on the affected wheel, then drive around taking corners really fast... That should make it come loose fing02.gif j/k
