This is the best Wheel Calculator I have ever found.

Enter current (stock) tire size and wheel size/offset on left hand side and on the right enter tire size and wheel size/offset of setup you wish to compare.

Scroll down to read calculations. Must enter STOCK tire and wheel size to get accurate speedometer accuracy and clearance calculations/comparisons.
