19 in rims on a 2001 tiburon

I currently have 18 in rims on my car with 225 40/18 tires on them. I was wondering if 19 in rims will fit with low pro tires. Has anybody put 19 in rims on their tiburon? My 18 in rims dont rub at all. My car is lowered an inch too.

I'm running 18x7's with 225/35/18 tires lowered 30-40mm on eibach springs, and believe me I drive like no grandma and there is zero rubbing even on full lock.

Barry.

I lowered my car 2 inches. No rubbing whatsoever! My 18 in rims were tucked in a little and I can turn all the way with out rubbing. Trust me they dont rub! Some 18 in rims stick out more than others but my rims are tucked in well. I have tenzo shu-4's. Rolling on 225/40/18 tires. So do you guys think 19in rims would look nice. I am planning to use them for show and use my current 18 in rims for daily driving. :D

damn...17 is the highest I would go.

16" would be perfect for me, but I can't get them due to the brakes I have :D
