iirc all of the GKs use a 1 piston system as well. And the pad surface is not quite as big as the XGs.





My XG swap cost under $200 for the front, and the majority of that was in the rotors alone.

Pricing the GK's it would be at the very least $100 and that was for used calipers from a junk yard. Still cheap, but for larger pads and 2 pistons the XGs are still superior.

I don't doubt that superiority of the XG, I just like the look of the GK SE.

Considering I have a X3 and already have RD all around rotors, calipers and master cylinder. And the fact the XG isn't available in Puerto Rico I'll go with the GK.

i believe the GK F/L 2 SE calipers are lighter than the other ones. i thought i read somewhere that they where made out of aluminum but don't quote me on that...
