About 4 years ago I got a brand new set of H&R lowering springs. While working on the car yesterday, I notice that just one of them has rusted/broken a coil off. Which is pretty ridiculous after only 4 years.



So am I stuck buying a new set of 4 and replacing them all? Can't buy just 1 or 2 springs..

 

You might get lucky and find someone with a used set they want to let go cheap.......... or buy a new set.

 

You can buy individual springs, or at least pairs of springs. Just shoot em an email, maybe include the part number in case they have changed the spring rate over time.

 

me personally, i wouldnt bother, id just find an entire new set

Yeah I bought a whole new set. I got the same ones, because they offer the biggest drop without spending $800 on coilovers. I really hope these last longer than 4 years this time.
