Jaguar issues details of the R-Coupe four-seater coup· V8 concept car
Jaguar has issued details on the R-Coupe coupe concept car to be presented at the IAA, Frankfurt Motor Show. This is the first vehicle from Jaguar's Advanced Design team and is not intended for production. This new concept embodies ideas and concepts that may find their way into production cars. Not based upon any current Jaguar model, the R-Coupe is based around a four-seater package and a V8 powertrain. Advanced incorporated technologies are an F1-style paddle shift gear change, headlight beams that follow the steering direction, electronic door release, a personalised interior environment for each occupant and voice controlled telematics.
