I recently baught a ssa header and flex pipe that is outfitted for a 1.8L tiburon, unfortionately the seller and myself didnt realize this wouldnt fit on my 2.0. so i am looking to trade the header and flex piper for a 2.0 header and flex pipe. may be willing to throw down some money along with the trade. Thanks..

Um, it's the same header man.

Only difference is the flange at the end of the down pipe. You would need a 3 bolt flange and rd1's a 2 bolt flange. You can easily cut the flange off and weld a new one.

actually on the 1.8 the downpipe is straight while on the 2.0 the down pipe has a curve in it because the exhaust piping is different

No it's not. Both exhausts line up the same, I'm not sure where you got that information from? I have some ssa headers and downpipe laying around. The downpipe has slight bend in it. I have a 1.8. cool.gif

Well, "bud" I've read that thread before.

My stock exhaust had a slant just like you have in your picture. My dp never went that far any how.

I've installed 4 different SSA headers here locally. 2 RD1's and 2 RD2's and both have had the same dp and both fit the same. Anyhow, it looks like your going a different route now so it doesn't matter anymore.
