They are telling you to use that small of a return line and the specialize in this? Anyone else exept for you go to their services ? LOL

Go tell them that a stock DSM with a 13g or 14b uses .590" ID return line and they are making you use 3/8ths?

What turbo are you using?



I would go tell them to put the fitting in that you want, and probably have them not touch your car again ;P

i am using thw 14b turbo. The return line input on the turbo is 3/8th pipe.

The 14b Turbo return line is .590" ID. Don't believe me I have 2 turbo's sitting here with their return lines all hooked up.

GL rebuilding the turbo down the road when your oil return gets clogged up from all the grime, gunk and carbon build up. fing02.gif

I just measured my return line and it has a .4375 ID.

Your return line might be that size but the bottle neck is at the 3/8ths barb you plan on using.

Im done on this thread. Do what you want to do. It's no my problem.

Probably should be using a bigger line. To big isnt a bad thing in this case. Id like to know what shop youre going to because theres a couple known for screwing people around here and if your cars there it needs to leave. pm me
