Long story short, I rebuilt my 1.6L after my gf overheated the sh*t out of it. Right now it sounds like the pistons are slapping around cause they might be distorted. I'm gonna be needing a good set with no issues here soon. Need to tear down the block again and see if the rod journals are still good cause it's knocking a little.

I still have my blown motor...not sure the pistons condition but i know you will need a new set of rings. other than that everything else is good. Let me know if it's cool.
