Are you kidding me? First time I've heard of this. Can you take some pics and stuff?

By chance has your car ever been in a accident? Let me get David on this.

Dear guys,

Redzman sent me an attention to this thread right away.
It is Sunday night in Korea and I will let you guys know how to deal with this matter ok?
I will verify with Maintec.
Maintec didn't tell me anything about it and I automatically assumed that they fit without problems.

I promise you guys to let you know.

Hey guys,

It's Monday morning and I talked with Maintec just now.
What you will have to do is remove radiator fans and install the headers FIRST.
Then you can install the fans then there will not be a clearance problem.
So please try that and let me know ok?

Thanks.

Well, I'll try. Actually, I did try that, and I couldn't get the fan back in. But, I'll try again to see if it has to be put in at a certain angle or something.

Anyways, it is gonna be sortofa pain for me, since I'm up at univ right now, and the only tools I have is a ratcheting screwdriver and the stock jack.

I had to take the fan out to get my KRD header in, but then you can get the fan back in by angeling it right. Don't know for sure about your header though.
