Wtb: Shifter Surround(manual), And Window Controls

So I have a 1997 tibby and need to replace some parts:
Manual shifter surround, I need the whole thing(that includes the black piece on the bottom that holds the shift boot on).
Window controls, mine has the auto down on drivers side, I need both sides in good working order.
Do to some past experiences, I will only pay through PayPal. Please include a price when posting any of the above items.
