i have a b&m with a slight scratch on the top tried my best to show the scratch. screws into the stock shifter.

Go to walmart and go to the tool section and get one of the aluminium handled screw drivers and fill it with hot glue and put it on the shifters shaft. It is the best shift knob I have had. I know you said you wanted threaded but this cheap and looks good.
