if you are talking about photo11, the round spot, thats light deformation from the camera flash, because it doesn't show on other pictures and angles. As for the bumper, it does not belong to me, but a friend which i have to relay you to him since we do not live close apart.
As for the reason, the hood that you see is my original oem hood. In the past i was searching for another hood to repaint, and my old hood has some rust on it that the bodyshop will charge more to sand off (and putting) before painting, so i went with an used chipped hood instead with less bodywork.
PS: oups, the 5 silicone dots are for a deflector.

so what exactly are they for i dont get it, and can they come off?
