Ok, I'm fed up with the exhaust I have now. The resonator is "broken" that is, the pipe was never welded right from production and has now come loose, so i have a nasty garbling sound in the resonator, and a horrible exhaust leak. The shop that I paid $80 to put in an o2 bung, did the worst possible job in the world. they put the bung on the very top and jammed it all back togehter, needless to say, they killed the o2 sensor, since there's no clearance. Then, the guy who owns the shop, dies a week later, so no way that I can get it fixed there. Then a friend of mine gets a welder and tries to fix it all. he did put a new bung on the side, but didn't line anything up, so the o2 sensor doesn't have the proper clearance. The mid pipe IMHO is junk, so I need a new one. SSA won't sell me just the pipe, so if anyone has one, I'll buy it off you, or, I also would love to get an MBRP catback.

err, sorry for the rant. Please, hhelp my tibby sounding good!

dude motorias are the best way to go, just the shop f*cked up like they did with my exhaust. the only proble you can have with hating an exhaust is if it is mild steel crap and sounds like sh*t. other than that stainless steel needs glasspack reinforcment.

you also forgot about high flow cats with O2 bungs already in them. i got a Catco with an O2 bung on the end of it so all i had to do is just pop in the second sensor and bedone.

buy a $20 thrust glasspack from summit, then an $80 high flow with a bung already in it, have that welded at a different shop the right way and you'll be fine.

you should see my custom exhaust. it bounces like crap and it hangs low, mild steel dynomax is crap, rusting...etc.

well, i got an apointment at a custom exhaust shop, they're going to fix it all. I'm gonna go with a 22" magnaflow 6" round resonator. It should quiten things up a bit, and hopefully I'll be able to drive without the silencer on. My part of the town has a lot of asshole cops, so better safe than sorry here.
