Wtb: Desktop Pc / Parts

Looking for a cheap desktop. I'm going to be customizing this and using it as a media center in my living room.
Pentium 4, at least 2 GHz minimum
2GB RAM
350 (or larger) GB hard drive, 7200RPM is a must
I'm most likely going to buy a barebones PC off of tigerdirect or something, but I thought I'd check here first.
If anyone has a cheap desktop, or any of these parts, let me know..

they make some pretty nice cases for a media center cases these days. I havent looked recently but newegg.com had some nice ones and so did zipzoomfly.com
just a thought, plus they look like tuner receivers..

If anyone has a cheap video card, like $20 type, I need one for a PC I'm building for my little brother. Just for net research and paper writing. Let me know if you get offered something you don't need Zoned.

I've got another video card. It's a PCI card and it's old. If you want it, it's yours for shipping +$5

i'd rather just send components. since you are customizing everything you probably had an idea for a case anyway. just too much to ship. this is what i have:

it has onboard video and sound. the onboard video supports directx9 which i think should be sufficient for even vista media center, dont quote me though. i also have this video card if you dont think onboard would suffice:

intel p4 prescott 2.8ghz
i dont have a hard drive though. those parts ran together solid for about 2 years before i upgraded. for the mobo, processor, 1gb ram, and video card would 125 shipped be ok?
