My VHR one didn't either, we called the local AutoZone stores until we found one that confirmed they had a clutch kit for the Tib with a alignment tool, and then we "rented" it under the tool rental program with my license. Brought it back a hour later.

ScoupeLS suggested a 1.8 eclipse one works, i found one for like $2.50 for 94 eclipse 1.8 on rockauto.com (it says {O.D. 7/8" Splines 20} ). I will order it with my axles and see if it works

I had never done a clutch before, but I did mine twice without one. I don't see what all the fuss is about. If you can get one really cheap, sure, but I wouldn't pay more than 10$ for one.
