get 2.5" tubing. its good for most applications.

you've got two choices, either buy a full kit or build your own. there are no full kits right now. viper was talking about making them, check in at his thread.

that is standard rate for tuning. you gotta be more specific on the turbo. there are like 56 thousand different "T3" turbos. you gotta search on the engine management. atleast know a bit about each before asking questions on them. you got standalones(haltech, prs) and piggybacks(safc, greddy emanage, smt).
