I'm trying to do a small science experiment, and I need an old cell phone. Mine doesn't work as it's too new, and I don't have anything old enough that works. I'm looking for one that has an extendable antenna, preferably nokia brand. I think it needs to be analog, but anything more than about 5yrs old should work.
If someone out there has an old one in their attic or something (it needs to be able to turn on and have a little battery juice or a charger), and wants to pass it on, I would really appreciate it!
I would prefer to just have someone send it for free, but if you want, I can reimburse for shipping.
PM me if you've got something, and I'll send you my address.
And I'll try to post the results if it works!

I have a Nokia that's around 7 years old. It was still working the last time I used it (probably 3-4 years ago) and i'd be willing to send it to you, but I don't have the charger for it, so it's probably useless for whatever you're trying to do..

No, it's completely dead from sitting in my closet for the last ~5 years. I'm 99% sure it'll still work if charged. When I get home from work i'll check the model number and see if I can dig up a charger that'll work for it.

lol, shouldn't this be wfe? you should be able to find a charger, aren't all those old nokia ones the same. (not sure only had moto, sony ericson, samsung, and sanyo.) Just don't get it from radio shack, they'll rape you.

LOL supercow, yeah, I guess it is WFE lmao.gif However, ***No cell phone(s) will be harmed in the performing of this experiment.***
I can probably find a charger at either a hotel, or as a last resort, use eBay. You mind sending it to me? I'll PM you my address.
