need it for my rd2. we can use the 1.8l ecu with a direct swap right? if so, i guess id prefer that one. otherwise the 2.0 is fine. i just need one and hopefully soon. if anyone has a junkyard close where they know it has one, let me know. hopefully i dont need to put out to much for this. thanks guys

ericy if your boosted dont get the 1.8 ecu people have had problems with it

i have a 2.0 ECU with a P1613 code although i think the code was caused by something else like my evap system i redid. if there is some way i can confirm the code isn't there i'll sell it to you if you want it.

hmm didnt know that about the 1.8 ecus. thanks faith. hkc if anyone knows about that code and the ecu is ok, id buy it. im talking with a couple junkyards here so ill have to see what they say tomorrow. thanks

P1613 is related to the CEL light in my list..
maybee a burn or shorted out bulb

35. well it was advertised at 35. then they brought me a tranny computer. he said the had the ecu but it was still on the car. he told someone to go grab it and told me it would be a couple minutes. a half hour later he brought it out for me. i knew it would be a pain for them to pull with the dash still in there. anyway ya i paid 35 for it. search on car-parts.com and you should be able to find one for a decent price
