I picked up this Air Ram today for $450.00 shipped from this very site.

Dont worry SOCKS, I still want another Air Ram for my other Tibby.

 

i'm not trying to start anything (kinda hate to even post this but, it's no secret) but this seems kinda screwed up to me,



wow $800 for an air-ram not including shipping and wants the stocker? i guess that's supply an demand. i'd wait till a better price comes up.

my guess is that he was prolly just messing around when he made this offer, but i just hate to see someone who is here to protect us from getting ripped off trying to make THAT MUCH of a profit off of another member. socks, i gotta lot of respect for ya (and i think you've got alot of potential in the spot that your in) but this kinda knocked it.

where the hell did you get that?! mr. socks needs money, and if you can sell it for that much why not right? some members would be willing to pay that much and not have to wait although it is really really a lot of money to be dumping on an IM when for $200 more you could buy a supercharger like i did.

 

If you continued to read, you would further read that he suggested that price assuming that he wouldn't want it.

From my perception it was a joke for the most part.

That wasn't his job till about 2 days ago. That post was before his promotion.

 

He also stated he did not actually want to sell it and threw that price out there as a joke. I even PM'd him telling him not to sell it and he said he was joking.

 

btw, i was joking.. i wouldnt ever sell my air ram.. and i wouldnt rip someone off like that.. hence the other post i made in another wanted thread..

and since you picked one up already.. i will close this.. just make a new thread for wanting one for your other tib..
