Read this: http://www.rdtiburon.com/forum/showthread....&highlight=1.8l

I have a rev A and I would like to test it to see if there is a CEL, but I cant do that until I get my car re-inspected.

Well, if there is no CEL, I can let it go for $45 shipped.

check engine light. Basically any error the computer sees, it throws that light in the dash.

If you read that post I gave a link to, it states that they 'think' that a rev A causes a CEL to display because rev A cars had an evap canister. I was thinking about this more and the newer cars have an evap canister too, just located in another spot. I will let you know when I test this if its for sale or not (I wont sell something that dosent work).
